I am sorry. I forget to mention that it was a notification mail and a detailed
mail will follow.

We have not yet decided the agenda and technical presentation for this month.
We have to decide it on or before Monday and sent the invitation mail
to the list.
We expect somebody will come forward for taking the technical presentation.

Please share your ideas and points.
