If the laptop you like to buy comes with Windows, Only thing you can do is
to try to get refund for unused windows. Talk to the vendor and see if it is
possible to get refund if you do not agree to Windows EULA. I talked to Dell
once and they said "Dont buy laptop if you dont want Windows" :-(
But you may be luckier than me ;-)
