Dear friends 
               
              one of my friends told me about live streaming video. Then I try to study live streaming video form the Internet. In my studies I learned that live steaming uses MPEG4 and RTSP (real time streaming protocol). now I am planning to configure live streaming video in my local system. so I need a camera for this purpose.

            could you please tell me which is least expensive for using live streaming in my home  and which camera uses for organisation
