[ILUG-Cochin.org] bulk_mp3_to_ogg_conversion

Dear all.....Can anybody suggest, howto  convert bulk mp3 files to ogg using
ffmpeg, recursively, keeping its old filenames and subfolder names, just
like renaming files as sanal.mp3 to sanal.ogg.........is it possible? Plz
help.....THANKS in advance.
