A combination of cut, uniq, sort, sed and awk can do the trick :-)

As Gejo said, awstats and webalizer are options. I have used awstats
on servers with thousands of  web hosting orders and it's  really
informative with the statistics it generates, but a huge pain when it
comes to maintaining it as the cron jobs and logrotate parts of
awstats often don't work ( or don't work as you want it to).

I remember countless hours me and my team have spend trouble shooting
awstats issues only to see it re-occur. So be wary of using it unless
absolutely needed.

I havn't used webalizer, so no comments there.
