Hi,
Wat is the asterisk version you've used. There are firms/organisations
who are completely relying on Asterisk (handling outbound, ACD, IVR with
Automatic call generation,...) and that too in one single box. I think
with a good design and perfect configuration, it ll stand in par with
Call manager or Avaya. Just my view.
