Hi Kurian
Thank you for the update. However, I am not convinced on the Asterix as a full fledge software.
We have tested out Asterix but with a lot of limitations. I was looking for a competitive product in line with Avaya or Alcatel.
Regards
Peter Paul

Hi,
Asterisk with astGUIclient is a pretty good combo.
http://astguiclient.sourceforge.net/scratch_install.html actually gives
you step by step steps including a custom kernel compile option. ACD,
Dialer and reporting functionality is available in astGUIclient. Not
sure about IVR. You can create a custom IVR option easily with asterisk
dialplan. Hope this gives you a start.

Kurian Thayil.
