How many people (lay people) do you think use their freedom?
Software freedom... Do u think they will go thru and modify their own
code to suit their needs?

I understand that due to the immense popularity of Gmail and all their
other products
Google has a very good publicity for its OS
So yes, there will be many converts just bcoz its google
But sooner or later the disadvantages or advantages will come out...
Then lets see it...

I believe if the google OS is good, the free software society will go
thru it
See if it meets all the rights of freedom expected off it
Rather than blindly saying that it is evil or its great
Lets just wait for it (atleast the beta) and see how it see before we
point fingers

My concern is more on the overall aspect of giving google so much of my
online life information
Its not restricted to just an OS
Should something so precious as a virtual life be in the hands of a
corporation?
