I think this is less of an issue compared to systematized Microsoft brainwash
curriculum in schools. At the end of the day, if people are keen, they  
can do free software projects in their free time or part time.  
Internet Cafes are another space infested with malware and viruses  
becoz of Windoze influence.
Since in Kerala there is a move progressively towards free software in  
state schools, our target must be on ways cleanse CBSE syllabus off  
bad influences, which is otherwise one step ahead and progressive in  
other matters.
But either way the question really is who will bell the cat and how?
