i think there is a slight change in Vista's EULA ,they wont refund the money
even if we are not accepting their license .But it is not he case in laptops
that comes with windows XP, we can refund the money we paid for it if we are
not agreeing with their license..
Note: now no laptop comes with Windows Xp (afaik)

There is compaq and acer laptops in market which comes with just freedos,go
for it so no need of paying for M$ vista ;)
