AFAIK, Dell Ubuntu laptops are costlier than Vista laptops with same
hardware configuration. So, is that worth buying? You can get a vista laptop
and format the HDD.

What we need is a way to get refund for the Vista we get with those laptops
by not accepting the EULA. Laptop manufactures must be forced either to stop
giving Vista or to give refund for unused Vista. That is real freedom of
choice.
